What changes between the three plans?
Every plan includes a knowledge base, an AI page, private conversations and a workspace assistant. Higher plans provide more replies, analyses, documents and private links. The allowances are shown above.
When should I choose Private?
Choose Private when you need a custom domain, a dedicated database, a custom tech stack, or fully customized architecture. These are not automatically included in Plus, Pro or Max. Deployment scope and operational responsibilities are agreed in writing.
What does engineering support cover?
Private can cover custom domain setup, dedicated databases, custom tech stack engineering, system integrations, and data migration. A Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) works directly with your team, with deliverables and milestones defined in a written agreement.
How do I get started?
Choose Plus, Pro or Max to request activation at the listed monthly price. Your selected plan and allowances are included in the email. Activation is currently arranged by email; this page does not take a payment. Only Private requires a custom quote.
What happens when an allowance is used up?
The affected AI function pauses until its rolling allowance becomes available again. Customers can still leave messages, and you can reply yourself. Your page and existing conversations stay accessible.
Will I be charged automatically for extra usage?
We do not automatically bill for usage beyond your allowance. A paid change requires your explicit agreement.
Can I change plans?
Contact us to request a plan change. The effective date and any charge are provided before the change is made.
How is my data protected?
Private workspace content is accessible to your team, authorized Leptex staff when needed to operate the service, and the providers that process it for us. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can the AI models used for my workspace change?
Yes. The AI service may be updated over time. Your allowances and fees stay as set out in your written agreement.
