- Are buyer conversations really unlimited?
- Yes. When a prospect opens your share link and asks a question, we absorb that inference cost. Rate limits protect against abuse, but there is no allowance ceiling to run out of — turning a buyer away costs you a sale, so we never do it.
- How do rolling allowance windows work?
- Our capacity windows slide continuously. Rather than a monthly cliff, capacity returns as your oldest run ages out. The longest you ever wait for full recovery is the duration of that window, with zero data loss or surprise fees.
- Why measure compute work instead of flat message counts?
- Analyzing a long, complex multi-turn conversation requires deeper reasoning than a short query. Measuring actual compute work ensures light users never subsidize heavy users while keeping pricing completely fair and transparent.
- Will I ever get an overage bill?
- No. We never charge surprise overage fees. When you reach a window limit, you simply let the window roll forward or choose to upgrade — your subscription bill stays exactly what you signed up for.
- Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Your active plan benefits remain valid through the end of the prepaid billing period before dropping to Free.
