Organize project knowledge, products and services, your brand site and shared links. Handle customer conversations and related orders and payments, then use insights and reports to inform improvements.
How do payments work?
A merchant connects an eligible Stripe account. Online payment options depend on the account being ready to receive payments and the terms configured for the product or service. Orders can also use payment later, including recording an in-person payment.
Will the AI make commitments for me?
AI helps answer questions, organize context and prepare the next step. Order confirmation, taking over a conversation and approving proposed improvements remain explicit actions in the workspace.
What do I need to start?
Talk to us. A Forward Deployed Engineer sets up your workspace with you, and the workspace assistant can create a project from the documents you upload. AI features require an active Private agreement; see Pricing for the baseline allowances.
