Your knowledge, answering for you
Leptex turns the documents a seller already has into an assistant their buyers can question directly — and turns those questions back into something the seller can act on.
The problem we started from
A buyer with a question waits hours for an answer that already exists in a spec sheet, a price list, or an email someone sent last quarter. The seller answers the same question for the twentieth time. Both sides lose, and the deal cools while everyone waits.
How it works
Bring your knowledge
Upload specs, price lists, policies, past answers. Leptex indexes them into a knowledge base scoped to one project.
Share a link
Generate a link for a trade show, a campaign, or a single account. Each link carries its own instructions about what to emphasize.
Buyers ask directly
Your buyer opens the link and asks. Answers are grounded in your documents — never in another seller's, and never invented.
You step in when it matters
When the assistant cannot answer, the conversation is handed to you. Answer once, hand it back, and the assistant carries that answer forward.
What we built differently
Four layers of context, in a fixed order
Every answer is assembled from four separate layers: your compliance rules, your project's knowledge, the specific link's instructions, and what this conversation already established. The order never varies, so the same question gets the same answer.
A model's guesses never become its own evidence
The assistant infers things about a buyer — how far along they are, what they want. Those inferences are shown to you and never fed back into the assistant's own context. A guess repeated back to itself becomes a fact it will defend.
Tenant isolation is enforced in the data layer
Every query filters by tenant at the repository level, not by convention in application code. The cross-merchant buyer assistant is structurally forbidden from retrieving any seller's knowledge base at all.
Buyers are never turned away
Seller-initiated work runs on a plan allowance. Buyer questions do not. Refusing a buyer's question costs a sale, so that path carries rate limits to stop abuse and nothing that can run out.
