How does a conversation appear in Portal?
Start through a merchant’s page or shared link, then save the conversation to your signed-in customer account. Portal lets you find and continue those saved conversations.
Can my AI see the merchant’s private files?
Your personal AI can help with information available to your account, including conversations you have saved. It does not give you access to the merchant’s private workspace or internal documents.
Can I track an order or pay from a conversation?
When an order is associated with the conversation, you can review its details and status. Payment availability depends on the merchant’s setup and the order’s payment stage.
Does the AI automatically purchase things for me?
This experience helps you understand and continue a conversation. Reviewing an order or completing a payment remains a separate action; an AI answer is not a purchase confirmation.
