Questions asked on a merchant page are stored and are visible to that merchant, who may answer them in person.

An AI response is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice. Automated safeguards cannot prevent every error or inappropriate response.

For consequential decisions, consult a qualified professional or an authorised merchant representative. Report misleading or unsafe content through our contact page.

A merchant conversation may include AI-generated and human-written replies. Their source should be identified at message level. Text the merchant sends, including text sent through an AI assistant the merchant has connected to its workspace, is shown as the merchant's reply. A merchant name or an AI label does not certify the merchant, verify its products or establish a human-approved commitment.
